- Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate.
Asks relevant questions regarding repair or service request to ensure proper servicing of vehicle.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
Making appointments, processing repair orders, quotes and invoices- Providing customer support via phone and face to face at the dealership
Internal coordination of service work to adhere to commitments made to customers
- Estimating costs and time for work to be carried out, and maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle
Representing the brand towards customers- Graduate of 4-year course in Engineering or Business related course
With at least 1 year related experience
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
Good time management skills- Comfortable working in a target driven environment
Driving skill is an advantage
