Job Description

  • Collates all pertinent data to complete the weekly metrics.

  • Ensures all existing forms used by Service Department are within minimum requirements.

  • Attends to personal/phone-in queries regarding status of the vehicle.

  • Ensures customer are properly attended to as they walk-in the service area.

  • Calls clients and informs them that their vehicle is ready for release.

  • Files and retrieves records and correspondence. Keeps sensitive material in confidence when requested.

  • Performs other duties analogous to the above that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
  • JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four -year course.

  • One (1) to two (2) years related work experience from an automotive dealership

  • Pleasing personality and above average customer relations skills
    Above average oral and written communication skills

  • Has ability to present materials & communicate in writing in a fluent and logical manner.

  • Computer Literate, proficient in MS Application Word, Excel

    Job Type: Full-time

    Ability to commute/relocate:
    Marilao, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
