JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Serve as the OIC in the absence of SM & ServiceSupervisor
Assist the SM in the back office operations- Monitor and facilitate the replenishment of Petty Cashfund and ASD attendance
Cross check Repair Orders for proper billing and SA Job Done prior to invoicing
- Facilitate the computation of ASD IncentivesRepair Order, Service Reports: UR, WIP, Productivity &Efficiency
4 years graduate of any Business course or any related field.
- With at least 1 year experience as Service Admin Assistant in automotive industry
Computer literate (MS Office)- Can do multi-tasking and a team player.
Willing to work every Monday to Saturday
- Willing to assign in Barangka, Marikina City
Can start immediately.
