The Service Admin Assistant will report to the President and CEO, General Manager, Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, and Accounting Head
Job Description
- Acts as oneof the first point of contact for the Service Manager and the Teams, deals with correspondence, answers enquiries and phone calls.
- Assists in preparing service quotations for clients and from enquiries (leads)
- Assists in answering and screening phone calls from clients, sub-dealers, partners, and suppliers.
- Assists in monitoring and properly documenting of Installation quotations and correct invoice numbers
- Assists in reporting tomanagement and clients, current statusesof installation works
- Assists the Installations Team with administrative duties and reports to other departments such as Sales, and Service Department as they see fit under the scope of works.
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
- At least six (6) months of work experience in Customer Service.
- Proficient in using Excel and Microsoft Word and other apps alike
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work assignments from a variety of clients.
- Has good attention to detail and excellent customer service.
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines.
- Amendable to work in Greenhills San Juan Area
