The
Service Admin Assistant shall assist the Service Admin Supervisor to ensure accurate monitoring and control of the administrative requirements of the Dealer Service workshop with Service Team Members, logistical and administrative needs.
Responsible for the general clerical works of the Service Department.
- Prepares weekly and monthly service performance and revenue reports. (external and internal)
Prepares and monitors monthly PMS Claims.- Prepares payables to suppliers.
Preparation of a Repair Order for the Sales Department's request for Rustproofing and Internal Repair Order for the Accessories Department's request for accessories for installation.
- Assists customers at the reception area and prepares Repair Orders and Internal Repair Orders for customers requests in the absence of Service Advisors.
At least one year of experience in administrative work.
Keen on details of preparing reports.- Hardworking, flexible, and understanding.
