DINING STAFF (Waiter/ Server)
- Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
Knowledgeable in dining service sequence- Prepare dining area (chairs, tables and side station)
Conducts inventory of dining supplies
- Present menu. take and serve orders efficiently
Pay attention to guests needs by being very attentive and pro-active- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff for 86 and 85 items
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Willing to do multi-tasking- Willing to be assigned in the Reception and Bar Area as scheduled and required
Attention to cleanliness and safety- Patience and customer-oriented approach
Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
At least completed 2 years in college / College Level- With at least 6 months experience as waiter staff or and server from a casual dine Restaurant
Willing to be trained in Ortigas Center - Pasig
- Male / Female with pleasing personality, confident but humble
