I. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Assist customers in selecting menu items, providing recommendations, and answering any inquiries.- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including dining areas and serving stations.
Set and clear tables, and assist in maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.- Handle customer payments, process transactions accurately, and provide change when necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen and barista staff to coordinate the delivery of orders.
- Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and report any issues to the supervisor or manager.
Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
II. Qualifications:- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to assist customers and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Basic math skills for processing customer payments.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service is a plus.

Job Summary:- Responsible for processing cash, debit, credit and check transactions using a cash register or other point-of-sale system. Their duties include balancing the cash register, making change, recording purchases, processing returns and scanning items for sale.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Process sales transactions
Calculate the cost of products and services
Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change- Answer customer questions about products or services
Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
- Report issues with equipment
Requirements:
- Graduate of any degree (certifications and training related to accounting, finance, business, or customer service is preferred but not required)
Prior experience in cash handling, customer service, or a similar role is preferred- Knowledge of dermatological treatments and procedures is preferred but always required
Strong numerical and basic mathematical skills
- Proficient in using computerized cash registers, billing software, or electronic payment systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills- With the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time in a fast-paced clinic environment
