• Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and visibility across major search engines.

• Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

Handle online inquiries efficiently, converting potential leads into customers.

• Conduct full Google account management, including Google Analytics and Google Search.

Console and other relevant tools to monitor and report on campaign performance.

• Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.

Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.

• Implemented and administered search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools).

Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels to improve rankings.

• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.

Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve.

• SEO positions for target keywords.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.

• Job Qualifications

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

• Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and SEM.

Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in

SEO and SEM. Excellent analytical, organisational, project management, and time management skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of Australian Real Estate SEO/SEM is a must.
