Job Summary:
As an SEO Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective off-page and on-page SEO content strategies, including creating title tags, meta descriptions, and optimized header tags. You will produce SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and various web content while managing production schedules to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, you will conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize both existing and new content, driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
Job Responsibilities:
Content Development: Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content that drives organic traffic and improves search engine rankings.
SEO Implementation: Optimize content for SEO, including conducting keyword research, creating title tags and meta descriptions, and ensuring proper use of header tags.
Content Creation: Produce engaging, informative, and unique articles, blog posts, and other forms of content that adhere to the established brand voice, tone, and guidelines. Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and of high quality.
Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies. Effectively manage content production schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of all content projects.
Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure it meets high standards of accuracy, grammar, and style. Be open to receiving feedback and make necessary revisions to ensure content quality.
Requirements
SEO Knowledge: Deep understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research and on-page/off-page optimization.
Content Creation: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, engaging content.
Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and consistency in written content.
Proven experience in writing for SaaS companies.
Knowledge of online content strategy and creation.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
Ability to create copy that adheres to brand voice and guidelines.
Experience in meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in marketing software such as WordPress, BrightEdge, and HubSpot.
Good understanding of creating content that is easily scannable.
