We are seeking a SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to improve online visibility, drive website traffic, and enhance brand awareness. The role will involve optimizing website content, implementing SEO techniques, managing digital advertising campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to achieve business goals and objectives.

Position Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify SEO opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page elements to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Develop and implement link building strategies to increase domain authority and enhance organic search performance.
- Create and optimize engaging and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Develop content calendars, editorial schedules, and content promotion plans to drive audience engagement and generate inbound traffic.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and stakeholders to produce high-quality, relevant, and shareable content.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust targeting, bidding, and creative elements to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and conversion paths for improved performance.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage followers, and drive traffic to digital properties.
- Manage social media accounts, publish content, respond to comments, and monitor conversations to maintain a positive brand presence.
- Leverage social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, measure engagement, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Generate regular reports, dashboards, and performance insights to communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.

- Associate Degree, Certification in Communications, Digital Media or Equivalent combination of Training and Experience
- Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or related roles, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and software, such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC channels.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and email marketing platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and articulate ideas effectively.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations.

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
