• The Position

We are looking for a Full-time SEO ACCOUNT MANAGER!

You will be the next addition to our dynamic team. This role is responsible for implementing digital campaigns through online visibility, and assisting in the development of strategies. Essential to this role is ensuring that client websites are optimized to rank highly in local search results, manage client expectations, and track and report on the success of their campaigns. This person must ensure that all deliverables are done with superior quality at the expected time frame and at the full satisfaction of our clients.

• Duties:

Manage 15+ accounts

• Ongoing optimization of processes for SEO

SEO technical implementation

• Perform ongoing keyword research including expansion of keyword opportunities, optimization, and planning

SOP creation

• Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success

Research and implement best practices for technical onsite SEO and site structure

• Optimize copy and landing pages for local SEO

Work closely with the development team to ensue SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code

• Create heatmaps for local reports

Improve site speed

• Help in SEO quality control

Internal linking

• Provide insight on improvement opportunities

Give feedback on processes/documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Content Creators, Web Developers, and Social Media Managers, SEO Account Managers & SEO Lead

Must communicate effectively with the team

• Attend meetings

End of day progress reporting

• What We Are Looking For

3+ years of PROVEN experience in local SEO and digital marketing

• Strong understanding of search engine optimization best practices and local search algorithms

Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics (setting it up, tracking, doing UTM codes, etc), Search Console, Ahrefs, & more or the ability to quickly learn how to use them

• Excellent communication and project management skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with the website development and design principles

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Experience working with clients and providing excellent customer service

Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in local SEO and digital marketing

• Strategic Thought - Process & A strong ability to prioritize tasks/initiatives

Ability to learn new systems/ processes quickly

• Be committed to learn and continue to grow with the business over time

• What We Require

Full-time hours (40 hours a week)

• Ability to work in the Atlantic time zone with zero issues.
