As a member of our remote team, you will provide administrative assistance and handle tasks such as inbound communications, project management support, light IT assistance, and general bookkeeping. To start with, this role is 50% (20 hours per week Mon-Fri) midshift PH-time.
Having worked as a Virtual Assistant in the past is not necessarily a requirement, its more important for us to find someone highly organized and with experience creating SOPs and knowledge of basic accounting. A background such as Executive Assistant or Office Administrator may be ideal.
Responsibilities
You will be part of Better Support, a progressive outsourcing company, supporting our client together with our pioneer employee of this account who started about 2 months ago.
Its important for us to find someone who knows working half-time is not an issue, and doesnt take this job just to apply for full-time roles in the meantime.
We are looking for someone strong in communication, high work ethic, and with an honest and positive mindset. You will be part of a new account with an exciting future.
