Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Usage Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and manage usage reports for various products, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Support BAU / Adhoc Reports
- Serves as Product and Usage Program SME
- Leads Automation initiatives
- Participates in the UAT Testing and snowflake migration projects
- Assigned to build and publish reports & dashboards using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Tableau and other analytics and visualization tools
- Perform analysis and fulfil various data requests
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and dashboards
- Prepare monthly & quarterly reports and dashboards for usage partners
- Provide support to Product Usage Manager for ongoing projects and in crafting new reports
- Engagement with partners across Commercial and Sales & Account Management teams by providing product usage statistics
- Partnership with Sales, Proposition and Product team to help identify any products/firms at risk of cancellation.
- Occasionally works with external Refinitiv customers for their product usage requirement
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of usage reports and dashboards
Additional Job Description
- Bachelor's Degree required in Finance or Computer Science with experience in a Financial Reporting / Analysis environment
- Solid understanding and experience using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledgeable and experience in VBA and Macro, generating data using Business Objects and in building dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI
- Self-motivated, multifaceted (able to respond to changing priorities) and able to work with minimal direction (dedication to deliver to agreed timescales)
- Strong interpersonal skills verbal, written and presentation
- Ability to work under pressure and to exacting time scales on occasion.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
