Scope & Responsibilities:
- Analyze risks associated with products or insurance lines.
- Determine acceptance or rejection of risks based on regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain adherence to underwriting limits authorized by management.
- Ensure balanced risk levels to support growth and profitability targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in non-life insurance.
- Familiarity with non-life insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and consistently deliver results on time, even under pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
