Job title: Senior Training Manager
Work set up: Shifting and onsite
Location: Alabang
Job Description:
- Manage the training function for multiple client areas in Emerging Business Unit
Lead the development and ensure timely implementation of training programs and initiatives- Supervise the creation & management of training resources, schedule & planning of new hire classes
Identify and assess training needs of the process through TNA (training needs analysis) & generate an execution plan of training interventions and quality initiatives to solve for opportunities
- Facilitate the creation, design & improvement of training curriculum and materials
Support the training and development of Trainers and Training AMs- Collaborate with Operations Team on client needs and drive performance benchmarking
Ensure Training standards are in place across all client areas
- Maintains an excellent understanding of the domain knowledge, procedures, policies pertaining to Process Training
Establishes excellent customer relationship and builds rapport in every customer contact
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in college
With BPO experience
- At least 5 years Training Management experience
Experience in Managing Trainers for at least 5 years- Able to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays as needed
Able to work onsite
- Must have Banking Capital Market Experience
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to think and react to situations confidently
Focus on customer experience. Must be assertive, persistent, and result-oriented, ability to work in a team environment and adhere to department guidelines- Well versed in process improvement DMAIC methodology. Six Sigma background is preferred
Proficient in stakeholder management and people management
- Project Management skills
Works effectively with the team to accomplish goals, takes action that respects the needs of others and those of the organization- Proficient with computer systems and software including Microsoft Excel, Power point, Outlook and Word
Must be receptive to detailed and frequent performance feedback
- Generally likable demeanor and able to make a connection with stakeholders in a short span of time
