Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence:
Supervise day-to-day operations of Insikt Manila (Insikt MNL), focusing on improving performance and productivity in coordination with Technical Leads.
Supervise team members and ensure timely delivery or daily/weekly tasks.
Identify and address process gaps, and devise innovative solutions for improvement.
Monitor KPIs, OKRs, and SLAs for continuous advancement.
People and Team Management:
Hiring, training, and development of team members, in collaboration with Learning and Development, including identification and administration of internal and external training opportunities.
Conduct weekly 1:1s with the team members and Technical Leads, to discuss current projects, bandwidth, and personal concerns.
Conduct monthly or quarterly coaching sessions, motivating team members, guiding them to deliver customer-centric services and grow in their career.
Prepare and implement professional development plans for each team member to assist with and support career growth.
Establish and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Maintain regular updates on policies and procedures.
Manage attendance and leaves, ensuring full coverage, while also addressing non-compliance.
Manage return to office (RTO) plans and ensure compliance with RTO schedule.
Lead workforce planning, team member engagement, and attrition management, including termination procedures and offboarding conversations.
Hold and perform regularization conversations with analysts.
Every quarter, prepare and lead conversation with client about team performance and progress against/completion of team KPIs and OKRs.
Every quarter, objectively participate in conversations about individual team member performance.
Client Management:
Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
Handle first level escalated issues and client concerns efficiently.
Ensure timely report delivery and promote open communication with clients.
B.S. equivalent in computer science, information systems, or cyber intelligence
Two years professional experience in a Team Lead/Senior Team Lead capacity
Self-starting, self-motivated and thrive in a collaborative environment
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Demonstrated ability to grow and develop talent
Disciplined time management
Proficiency in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and threat intelligence platforms
Remains regularly updated about recent cyber trends and events
Adeptness in cybersecurity and data protection
Experience working with open source intelligence (OSINT) and/or large data sets
