Role purpose:
- Write and execute test scenarios and scripts to support delivery of an enterprise-wide digital business transformation.
- Manage issues to resolution.
- Mentor and direct the work of junior test analysts and team members
Main responsibilities:
- Document detailed functional and end-user test scenarios and cases based on business requirements and design documentation
- Perform functional testing to ensure the configured system matches the configuration workbooks
- Execute test cases and document issues
- Provide support for issue investigation and resolution with the development team
- Mentor Jr. Analysts and provide guidance regarding test methodology and expectations
- Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test scenarios in consultation with the business and assist end users during test execution
Technical skills, qualifications and experience:
- Experience as a Sr. Test Analyst, preferably with SF or a similar HRIS
- In-depth understanding of HR processes such as recruitment/onboarding, employee data management, leave management, learning management, goal/performance setting and review, and compensation
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and business teams
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
- Experience documenting issues and working with development teams to resolve and retest issues
- Experience mentoring and coaching team members
