Job Descriptions: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in pixel-perfect testing and automation testing, with a solid understanding of software testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct pixel-perfect testing to ensure the accuracy and consistency of user interface elements across various platforms and devices.
Develop and execute automated test scripts to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Execute test cases manually and document test results, identifying and reporting defects with clear steps for reproduction.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Continuously evaluate and enhance testing strategies, tools, and processes to optimize testing efforts.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of quality within the team.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role of experience in software testing.
Proficiency in pixel-perfect testing techniques, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong expertise in automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
