As aTest Automation Engineerof ING Hubs PH Wholesale Banking Tech, he/sheplays a key roleinmaintainingthe high degree of confidence that ING clients have in conducting business with usby providingautomatedtestingsolutionstoensurethat thesoftware releasetoourend-usersisreliable and of highest quality.The role requires active collaboration with the developers, stakeholders, customer journey experts,and teams outside his area.He/she isalsoexpected to report to his squad andhis chapter lead.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure theeffective execution of testing activities, followingthetesting strategyand best practices and standards,by conducting regular review of quality-related metricsand reports
Providecompleteand organized defect report for any findingduringfunctional / non-functional tests execution
Maximizeutilizationof the test automation tools
Ensure comprehensiveness and reliability oftest coverage(includes functional, non-functional, and automated tests)
Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline issuesrelated to test automation
Provideon-demandtesting supportto stakeholders(e.g. test data creation, production deployment)
Work closely with the developersand stakeholders, active participation to agile ceremonies(e.g. backlog refinement, planning, daily standup,productdemo)
