- Primary Responsibilities:
Develop cutting-edge omni-channel digital solutions utilizing micro frontend, serverless, and microservices architecture within a cloud-based platform.
- Lead technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive the technical roadmap.
Create high and low-level design solutions with a focus on software development best practices, test-driven development, and continuous integration and delivery.- Build cloud-native solutions that are highly cost-efficient and scalable.
Work effectively with minimal supervision as an individual contributor while delivering exceptional results.
- Embrace innovation, foster a culture of unlearning, and disrupt conventional norms by researching and implementing next-generation frameworks and technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8-10 years of experience in call center technology, voice systems, and voice networks, with a focus on SIP/VoIP systems.
Extensive experience in supporting multi-site/virtual contact center environments, with proficiency in ViciDial, Asterisk, AudioCodes Mediant, and CTI integration.- Strong knowledge of Pearl scripting, Python, AJAX, SIP, PHP, SQL, Linux, Asterisk, IVR, WebRTC, and API Gateways.
Solid understanding of telecommunication infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, fiber-optic networks, SIP trunks, PRIs, and VoIP.
- Special Certifications: Telecom or network certifications are preferred.
