Job Description

SCOPE OF THE ROLE:

The IT Resourcer - Senior Recruiter is an important member of the team. You work

alongside a team of experienced recruiters who are specialists in their niche markets.

You are responsible for providing essential data to consultants about candidates and all aspects of

the recruitment market. This will result in the successful placement of candidates in contract, fixed-

term, and permanent opportunities.

You are considered their market candidate specialist and have strong relationships with people

across multiple companies and role types. You will be at the forefront of hiring trends across

specialized market segments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A college degree
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in hiring technical roles, including Software developers, Full-stack developers, Solution Architects, and Data Engineers
  • Fluency in technical language and ability to engage effectively with candidates beyond basic levels
  • Prior experience in hiring technical roles within the Australian market is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu Business Park

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify business opportunities by speaking to candidates
  • Develop an understanding of the market
  • Build a strong pipeline of talent who are actively and passively looking for new

opportunities

  • Identify and build relationships with candidates who look to be market leaders/influential in

their sector

  • Conduct specific headhunting projects when required
  • Assist the consultants with their workload when they are away from the desk, on client sites

or on annual leave

Candidate Management

  • Screen candidate CVs
  • Source new candidates for the business using a variety of methods, including headhunting,

referrals, and job boards

  • Manage a portfolio of candidates by remaining in close contact with individuals actively

seeking a new position and those who may be considering new roles in the future

  • Create company maps/profiles for headhunting purposes
  • Search the database with the consultants to match suitable candidates to new roles
  • Conduct interviews with candidates to complete the first phase of registration

Business Development

  • Research news and developments affecting relevant industry sectors to build knowledge and

credibility within the marketplace

  • Proactively utilizing information gathered from candidates and research
  • Promote and help build the reputation of the company brand in the recruitment marketplace

Administrative Duties

  • Ensure that JobAdder accurately reflects all business dealings with clients and candidates
  • Ensure candidates are coded correctly and that files reflect and hold all required statutory

information

  • Manage the candidate registration diary for consultants
  • Conduct specific headhunting projects based on a particular job
  • Produce up-to-date client packs using the Internet
  • Distributing general press articles
