THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: 20% - Reviews and participates in the works of lower-level specialist, Organizes capability build-up training programs, determines training needs and prepares Memorandum of Agreement and other partnership endeavours of the agency
15% - Evaluate/analyzes data and other information relative to researches and studies on assessment and certification
15% - Facilitates the implementation of capability building programs for partners
15% - Prepares communications, consolidates data and other periodic reports
10% - Develops and maintains data base system relative to assessment and certification
10% - Gathers and processes data and other information relative to researches and studies on assessment and certification
5% - Develops and advocacy programs/materials relative to assessment and certification
5% - Assists in the development of quality-assured work processes and procedures
5% - Performs other related functions.
