20 % - Conducts the implementation of center training programs
15 % - Undertakes analysis evaluation of projects proposals and research studies
10 % - Conducts competency assessment
10 % - Mentors/Coaches trainees
10 % - Coordinates and/or conceptualizes events related to the training center activities
10 % - Prepares and submits required reports and
5 % - Performs other related functions.
