As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will leverage your expertise in public accounting and tax services to lead with precision and confidence. With at least 3 years of experience, you'll bring strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to manage complex client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and impactful results.

Job Snapshot: Your Career Overview

• During training: 8AM to 5PM PST | Tuesday to Saturday, 12AM to 9AM PH time
  
• Standard hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 3AM to 12NOON PH time
  

• Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax documents.
  
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  
• Provide detailed tax planning advice to clients or management.
  
• Assist with or oversee the preparation of tax provisions and deferred tax calculations for financial statements.
  
• Reconcile tax accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities.
  
• Communicate complex tax matters effectively to clients.
  

Requirements

Your Ticket to Excellence

• Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field a master's degree in taxation is a plus.
  
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax services.
  
• Maintain a CPA license or an international equivalent (preferred).
  
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
  
• Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Communicate effectively through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Show proficiency in tax research software, such as CCH AnswerConnect and TaxNotes.
  
• Have experience with tax preparation software, including CCH ProSystem Fx or Lacerte.
  
• Perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
  
• Display proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
