Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for Technical/Non Technical Requirements including but not limited to sourcing, paper screening, initial interview, offer management and onboarding.
  • Determine recruitment strategies for specific positions in consultation with the Hiring Managers to assess the talent requirements and to ensure that hiring plans are within the agreed timelines.
  • Utilize multiple recruiting channels and out of the box recruiting strategies in finding high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate management to ensure a meaningful and positive experience for applicants.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and global stakeholders to ensure the demands are met timely and accurately
  • Maintain and update records for Recruitment Dashboard.
  • Coach and mentor more junior recruiters.
  • Reporting of the status of recruitment activities and other KPIs.

Qualifications:
  • College degree holder in BS Psychology, Information Technology, and the like.
  • Must have at least 8-10 years of total experience in doing a full recruitment life cycle.
  • Preferably with an e-commerce background and marketing.
  • Willing to work on site (Mondays-Fridays)
  • Can start ASAP
