Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition SME is responsible for mentoring and guiding the team, dedicated to the management of the team's quality of work. This role will supervise the talent acquisition and recruitment admin teams, including work allocation, performance review, and the capture of service improvement requirements. In addition, supporting the manager in creating and/or preparing reports relevant to Talent Acquisition. The role also acts as the second point of escalation for concerns related to TA Operations.
Generally, the SME is responsible for bringing in the team's A-game by keeping the associates motivated and be results-driven.
Job Responsibilities
- Represents Booth & Partners as a tribe whose main goal is to mentor and guide the team, and is dedicated to the management of the team's quality of work.
Acts as the first point of escalation for concerns related to TA Operations.- Be the company ambassador. Highlights lifestyle advantages of working with Booth and Partners.
Role assignment/delegation and identifying recruitment calibration TA attendees.
- Attend recruitment calibration sessions with the hiring managers to ensure understanding of the hiring needs.
Study and be intimate with the job description and client's business.- Attend weekly recruitment meeting with the hiring managers as an added support/guidance with the TA Specialist
Supervise the talent acquisition and recruitment admin teams including work allocation, performance review, and the capture of service improvement requirements. In addition, supporting the manager in creating and/or preparing reports relevant to Talent Acquisition.
- Review and audit the endorsements created by the Talent Acquisition Specialists which includes the edited CV, online proficiency assessment, salary information, and overall recruitment report.
Ensure that the candidates are the best fit with the hiring manager's role requirement prior to endorsement.- Properly utilize the ATS (Zoho) and review the contents of the job requirements, ensuring that all the pieces of information indicated are accurate.
Proactive. Ask questions from the team and/or managers if unsure about something.
- Continually learn by researching and reading on un/known skills, terms, and job roles.
Serves as a back-up for the TA-Operations
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree holder in Psychology, HR, or any related course
Minimum of 5 years related experience in Talent Acquisition or at least 2 years in a TA leadership/team management function
- Tech Savvy. Proficient in using different tools such as ATS, Google Suites, MS Office, Skype, Zoom, and the likes.
Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.- Must have keen attention to details, is proactive, and is not hesitant to answer questions.
Excellent English communication and comprehension, both written and verbal
Good to Have:
- Experience working in an outsourcing/offshoring industry.
Experience in handling a team of at least five specialists.
