We are seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst specializing in ServiceNow to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.
ServiceNow Administration: Manage, configure, and maintain ServiceNow platform modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Solution Design:
Develop comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.Customization and Development:
Customize and develop ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- User Support and Training: Provide advanced support and training to end-users, ensuring optimal utilization of the ServiceNow platform.
Documentation:
Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, customizations, and workflows.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow administration and development.Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred.
