-Improve efficiencies for survey management including requests and processing
-Improve the methods and technology used for setting out survey
-Plant machinery measuring compaction & conformance
-Capture drone imagery of site and process the capture
-Track machinery on-site- cycle times, poisitioning, ESG
-Track machinery off-site, spoil management, material delivery
-Working with other functional leads & working groups
-Appropriate qualification in surveying or Spatial Science
-At least 15 years experience in construction industry with 10 years in senior level
-Certification - Engineering Surveying Professional -Australasia Pacific (ESP-AP)
-Coaching, mentoring, financial management, leadership and decision-making skills
