Specification:
BS in Nursing or any Allied Health Courses
At least three (3) years clinical experience as hospital staff.
Familiarity with the operation of Hospital Information System, Hospital policies and guidelines.
Leadership, managerial and good administrative skills, communication skills, conflict management and support skills, knowledge on financial and budget preparation, customer orientation, computer skills, and knowledge on hospital equipment and instruments.
