Job Summary :
The Senior Sourcer plays a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates for various roles. You will work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and Boolean search, to identify and engage passive candidates for current and future job openings
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates
- Collaboration: Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, company culture, and job specifications to tailor sourcing strategies effectively
- Market Research: Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent availability to provide insights and recommendations
- Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, offering a positive candidate experience and keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze sourcing metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions
- Technology Utilization: Leverage recruiting technology and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms, to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the companys employer brand by promoting the organization as an employer of choice in the talent marketplace
- Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior sourcer or recruiting team members, sharing best practices and helping them develop their sourcing skills
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and strategies (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and job boards)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Able to support a Work from Home setup
- Own PC/laptop (Minimum of i3 processor, 4 gig RAM)
