Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical expert during complex solution sales.
Collaborate with the business development team to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.- Manage technical and operational requirements for clients during pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales phases.
Design and present tailored solutions based on clients business objectives.
- Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
Oversee the timely delivery and implementation of projects.- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance solutions.
Provide feedback to development teams to improve product quality and identify new features.
- Lead and manage a team of solution consultants.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT project management or software development.
At least 3 years of experience in merchant support within payment gateways.- Strong skills in API-based web and mobile application development.
Excellent customer relations skills in banking or finance sectors.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Project management certification (PMP, Scrum) is preferred.
