• About the Role

We are working on a Digital Certificate Lifecycle Management platform for companies in Europe that will closely integrate with Device and User Identity platforms, and Certificate Authority tools to securely request, acquire, store, transmit, install, and revoke SSL certificates to facilitate secure end-to-end communications between clients devices and servers within an enterprise. Our platform is designed to seamlessly distribute and manage SSL certificates for hundres of thousands of devices in distributed geographies.

You will work remotely with colleagues based in the Philippines and Germany. We have a flexible 40 hour work week and observe core business hours between 3pm PHT until 8pm PHT when calls within teams and domain experts occur.

• Responsibilities

Design, develop, and document scalable and reliable application solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements.

• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, set implementation timelines, and manage developer load.

Validate incoming requirements, able to participate in requirements engineering workshops to ensure that all business cases are covered and fully specified before starting implementation.

• Oversee all technical aspects of software development projects, ensuring that the team adheres to high-quality coding standards and best practices.

Ensure alignment of application architecture with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

• Technology Stack

The project uses the following technologies:

• Programming languages: C#, Javascript/Typescript, Powershell

ASP.NET Core (Web API, Razor Web Pages, MVC)

• Angular (for the single-paged application admin interface)

SQL Server

• Windows Server (Windows Services, IIS)

Azure DevOps

• Required Qualifications

At least seven (7) years of enterprise software development experience using Microsoft.NET with C# as the primary programming language.

• Solid knowledge and experience in frontend development using Javascript libraries and frameworks that are widely used by industry (such as React, Vue, Svelte, and Angular) with modern build and bundling tools such as Webpack and Vite.

Strong Relational Database Design and SQL skills, able to identify slow queries that can be optimized to improve performance.

• Recent project exposure to microservices and REST-ful API design and development.

• Optional but Preferred Qualifications

To qualify for the top of the salary range, you must have recent project experience (in the past 90 days) on at least two (2) of the following technologies and/or practices:

• Able to implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps to automate packaging and deployment to cloud and on-premise servers.

Project experience integrating with Active Directory using Powershell or C# to fetch, create, update and delete users.

• Experience using Infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tooling like Pulumi, Terraform, or Ansible to provision peristent and disposable cloud-based testing environments.

Experience setting up messaging infrastructure (RabbitMQ, Azure Servicebus, NServiceBus)

• Experience in integrating .NET applications with platform monitoring and OpenTelemetry based instrumentation platforms.

Experience in orchestrating containerized deployment environments using Docker Swarm or Kubernetes.

• Strong business domain and technical background on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Digital Certificate Lifecycle Management systems to integrate with directory services, device identity platforms and certificate authority specific tooling to automate acquisition, installation, distribution, and revocation of SSL certificates on computing devices.
