REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of Information Technology or any IT-related courses Requires at least 3-5 years in application and maintenance support with development background Proficient in Java/SQL/Unix Familiarity with Azure Databricks/MongoDB/Cassandra/Datawarehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery is a plus Able to identify and resolve problems in an efficient manner Willing to work in a shifting schedule
RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a support role and the successful applicant will troubleshoot and assist on related issues in Merch application specifically in Promotions Management Has the urgency to resolve disruptions in production, and effectively communicate impact to business and key stakeholders Can investigate and resolve medium to high complexity issues independently Identifies root cause of issues and implements permanent fixes as needed. Self-starter, critical thinker, and able to deliver with minimal direction and supervision
