Key Responsibilities:- Development: Hands-on development for new projects, bug fixes, and core application enhancements.
Team Management:
Oversee various teams to ensure timely, within-budget, and scope-compliant delivery of quality software solutions.Issue Resolution:
Serve as the primary contact for issue-related matters and resolve them promptly.Development Lifecycle: Drive the software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to production support, including design, coding, documentation, testing, and quality assurance.
- Customer Interaction: Collaborate with internal and external customers to gather business processes and project requirements.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure solutions meet rigorous quality standards to prevent live issues or accidents.Problem Resolution:
Identify and address problems early in the project stages to avoid cost and time overruns.Standards Compliance: Adhere to and update Programming Standards and Systems Development Life Cycle Manuals as needed.
- User Support: Provide user training and support.
Documentation
: Create user and operations manuals for developed systems and maintain code-based documentation.Database Management:
Maintain database integrity and security, including access permissions and privileges.Security Measures: Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to protect databases and sensitive information from unauthorized access or damage.
- Performance Monitoring: Ensure database availability and performance by analyzing and meeting capacity and performance requirements.
Audit Resolution:
Address and resolve internal, external, and regulatory IT audit exceptions.Database Design:
Design and optimize the database, manage system storage, and plan for future storage needs.Ticket Management: Resolve database-related requests from the Ticket Management System, including maintenance, job routines, modifications, and enhancements.
- Multi-tasking: Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively in high-pressure environments.

At least bachelor's degree in any Information Technology related field
Preferably with five (5) years related experience in systems development.
Knowledge of the principles, practices, developments, and techniques used in systems development.
Good understanding of business practices with fundamental understanding of systems development methodology.
Extensive experience in Business Analysis, Software Architecture, .NET Technologies, and Mobile Development, VB.Net, ASP. Net, Java or C#, Apache, IIS, MS SQL Server, MySQL, GitHub or any Source Code Controls, Data Migration, Workflow Bug Ticketing Management.
Experience in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning. Well adept on Flutter, Node.js, stored procs and SSRS.
Extensive experience in Flutter (web and mobile), Node JS (Backend, API-Core Platform, JavaScript (REST API / Integration / Performance Testing)
Proven working experience in developing systems from ground-up from information technology and banking sector with mathematical aptitude.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies and API.
Ability to drive a culture of quality and personal accountability.
Deep technical knowledge of various application platforms.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Strong people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross- functional teams and third parties.
