Job Description
- Graduate of Engineering Course preferably ECE,EE,COE or ME.
With experience in SMT process for more than 5 years.- Supervise overall line process and controls. Ensure that all the processes are meeting the required yield based from Amertron management and customer expectations.
Maintain consistent communications to management of process indicators and their analysis as well as other process engineering activities and issues through weekly reports.
- Assume leadership resolution of line issues through meetings with other engineering staff and other department personnel.
Maintain constant communications with Process Engineers and assistant engineers through weekly staff meetings.- Translate sectional objectives into individual objectives (in unison with departmental objectives)
Assist other engineering sections in achieving compliance to product and process requirement (Team work).
- Responsible for qualification and evaluation of new material, process and product as well.
Perform electrical analysis to resolve test and product issues together with the Product Engineer.
Qualification:
- A graduate of Engineering courses such as Mechanical, Electronics and Communication and other related courses.
- with 5 years Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing Company
