Job Requirements:- Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
Minimum of five (10) years experience in handling site and project management in a construction industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Excellent leadership and coordination skills.

- Project Management:
- Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.- Monitor and track project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee daily operations of construction projects.
Ensure efficient allocation and use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure project standards.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Budget and Cost Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets.
Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.- Address any safety concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Client Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.- Implement contingency plans as necessary.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
