About The Opportunity
The Senior Services Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements and system enhancements within the Global Process Optimization team. This role focuses on enhancing system efficiencies, improving process workflows, and driving projects.
You will be a critical member of the Services Operations team, and will help drive complex, strategic initiatives and enhancements to improve visibility and attainment of key metrics and to streamline existing processes, while building relationships across the organization through Finance, Sales, Services, Technology and the leadership team.
Reporting to the Manager of Global Process Optimization (Services Operations), this role provides an excellent opportunity to join a group that is challenged with a wide range of project types and has significant exposure to senior leaders across the business. What You'll Get To Do
- Lead and manage initiatives related to systems and process enhancements, including defining scope, requirements, setting timelines, solutioning, testing, and ensuring successful implementation.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.
- Design and implement process improvement strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage and be involved in systems related operational processes maintenance, upgrades, new features, prioritization, testing and user story details.
- Document processes and procedures supporting the Services Professional Automation System and other Services specific programs and systems.
- Serve as a liaison between the operations team and other departments especially Technology, ensuring clear communication and collaboration on projects affecting systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Finance, Sales, Project Management Office, Resource Management etc.
- Confidently work on requirements and proposed solutions with the senior leadership team.
- Act independently with general high-level direction.
Skills And Experience We Value
- Positive attitude with a drive and capacity to learn quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills, follow-through on tasks, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced company with demonstrated examples of initiatives taken to improve an existing workflow.
- Experience with FinancialForce/Certinia is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting a plus.
- Evidence of strong analytical skills, problem solving, and strong logical thinking.
- Experience leading projects from concept to results. Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines at a fast pace amidst changing requirements and ambiguity.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a variety of different types of projects.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to clearly articulate business objectives and manage large group discussions, including to senior management.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to work remotely on US East Coast time zone
