Location: Work is what you do, not where you go. For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the Philippines. Willing to work on US East Coast time zone.

About The Opportunity

As the Operations Business Partner, you are a proactive and hands-on leader who serves as a trusted advisor to Global Services. You will be responsible for partnering with the Services leadership team, building strong relationships with other functional departments to influence decisions, driving process optimization and improving overall business process effectiveness. Ultimately, you will help drive business transformation and operational excellence, while aligning our services strategies to our company's objectives.

Our Services Operations team thinks strategically and globally setting the direction for our business and then making sure we run smoothly. What You'll Get To Do

  • Gain foundational understanding of current and future business processes.
  • Report on operational dashboard and goals. Work with the Manager to develop a monthly cadence for relevant metrics by consolidating communications and existing reports.
  • Support and/or drive financial reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure operational processes are followed within the Implementation teams and that appropriate tools exist to support the teams in maintaining the integrity of data and/or process flow.
  • Grow to be a trusted advisor and partner to the business with credibility and influence, focused on execution, and assisting with strategy as required.
  • Simplify and optimize reports/dashboards or related infrastructure make consumption of reports/dashboards accessible and relevant for senior leaders.
  • Identify areas of risk or opportunity by conducting detailed analysis of forecast, pipeline, and trending data, with ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness. Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver process improvements, playbooks, toolkits, and skills development. Partner with colleagues across Services, Marketing, HR, IT and Finance to drive cross-functional improvements.
  • Provide proactive, data-driven insights and recommendations on pipeline, projects, and forecasting.
  • Support strategic projects, as required.
  • Work closely with other teams such as Finance and Sales Operations to understand and execute various initiatives within Implementation.
  • Other ad hoc projects as required.

Skills And Experience We Value

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Services, Services operations, Finance or Management consulting.
  • Ideally have experience in the software industry or cloud platform businesses.
  • Salesforce.com reporting and analytics experience required.
  • Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tool an asset.
  • Reporting and analytics experience required
  • Positive attitude with a drive and capacity to learn quickly.
  • Solid ability to act independently and with minimal direction.
  • Ability to manage different stakeholders holding different agendas.
  • Understanding of the services forecast process with the ability to translate that knowledge to the Services management teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with strong problem solving and organization skills, and a high attention to detail.
  • Solid business acumen and judgement
