Responsibilities:
- Desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis
- Desktop connectivity troubleshooting
- Application installation and support
- Printer installation and support
- Client VPN installation and support
- O365 Administration Support
- Desktop antimalware administration and resolution
- Active Directory user management and troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Must be amenable to work onsite (BGC, Taguig)
- Must be amenable to work night shift (Eastern Time)
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in Service Desk/Help Desk Support
- Knowledge in troubleshooting on Active Directory, Desktop, Office 365, Windows Server, Firewall, VPN, End User Management
- Must have good to excellent written/verbal communication skills
- At least 1 year experience in handling global/international clients
