Responsibilities
Distributor and Key Account Management:
Develop and deepen relationships with distributors and key accounts, setting an example for junior specialists to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Lead high-level value-creating initiatives with key trade accounts to drive significant business growth and establish brand loyalty.
Trade Marketing and Promotions:
Oversee and enhance trade promotion strategies and ensure the integration and effectiveness of POS materials and promotional support to maximize visibility and sales.
Mentor junior team members in conducting impactful visits to projects and trade accounts to promote PD products effectively.
Market Analysis:
Lead comprehensive market, customer, and competitor analyses, providing insights that inform high-level sales strategies and product positioning.
Regularly synthesize and present market trends, competitor activities, and sales strategy effectiveness to senior management.
Mentorship and Team Leadership:
Act as a mentor to junior sales specialists, guiding them through complex sales processes and fostering their professional growth.
Co-organize training sessions or workshops to enhance the team's capabilities and knowledge in key sales and marketing areas.
Administrative Support:
Ensure meticulous maintenance of sales activities, market data, and promotional records, setting standards for the sales team.
Oversee the management of expenses within the team, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and financial prudence.
