Required Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or any related course.
- Must have at at least 5-10 years experience in banking
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Passed the Treasury Certification Program
- With SEC license as Fixed Income Sales Person
