In charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. Overseeing the activities and performance of sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of salespeople.
Job Description:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential customers and existing ones.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Creating presentations for clients or prospective customers.
- Analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Strategically increase customer base by identifying target markets and developing marketing campaigns.
- Training team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service protocols, etc.
- Negotiating pricing plans that meet customer needs while maximizing profits.
- Monitoring competitors activities and creating new strategies to remain competitive in the marketplace.
- Overseeing budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Providing reports to senior management.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the industry.
- Promoting the organization and products.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional communication skills to provide leadership to a team and support customers.
- Ability to lead a customer through the sales process, determining needs, and closing the sale.
- Strong foundational knowledge in information technology, including hardware, software, and IT services.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Has at least five (5) years of work experience as IT Sales Manager or similar role in an IT Industry.
- Has certifications/ training relevant in full cycle of sales and its management.
- Knowledgeable in conducting sales training to the sales team.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
