Overview
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing our team of intake specialists. Our intake team works hand in hand with our Sales Attorneys to field our inbound leads, schedule time with the sales attorneys, and follow up with clients
This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing a high-performing team, driving efficiency, and ensuring excellent service delivery throughout the intake process. The successful candidate will develop strategies to enhance team performance, monitor key metrics, and optimize the intake process to maximize conversions from inquiries to signed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of intake specialists, ensuring they meet performance goals related to call handling, appointment scheduling, and client follow-ups.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including call response times, conversion rates, and client satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
- Development: Assist, mentor, and support intake specialists, providing ongoing feedback and development to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Team Motivation: Foster a positive, high-performance culture within the intake team by setting clear expectations, celebrating successes, and addressing challenges proactively.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of interactions between intake specialists and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of professionalism and customer service.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and other departments to ensure seamless communication and handoff between the intake team and legal staff.
- Resource Management: Ensure that the intake team is adequately staffed and equipped to handle high volumes of prospective client inquiries, especially during peak times.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on intake performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Sales Skills: Sales powerhouse with a knack for turning teams into unstoppable sales warriors, driving exceptional results and smashing targets!
- Motivation Skills: You keep a team excited and hungry to sell day in and day out!
- 5+ years Sales Management: You have at least 5 years experience managing a team of salespeople
- Development & Coaching: You excel at getting others to be the best they can be in a sales environment. And you never let underperformers stick around.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated success in managing teams, developing sales strategies, and optimizing intake/conversion processes.
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM systems, intake management software, and other relevant tools.
This is an established firm that has extensive experience working with individuals in long term 40+ hour full time capacity. We will view this team member as a crucial piece of the team and will provide the needed training to get up to speed quickly.
