Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial institution sector, including banks, credit unions, and other financial entities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in providing solutions in financial institution sector.
A solid background in account management..- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals.
