Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets within the BPO sector- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in providing solutions to the BPO sector.
- A solid background in account management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of BPO services, including customer service, technical support, back-office operations, and outsourcing solutions
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals.
This position will be working with leading business outsourcing company in the Philippines. Mondays to Fridays.
