Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets within the BPO sector
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in providing solutions to the BPO sector.
A solid background in account management.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of BPO services, including customer service, technical support, back-office operations, and outsourcing solutions
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals.
