Role Overview
- Identify new business opportunities in the mid-market and enterprise sectors through inbound and outbound prospecting activities.
- Research and hunt for new business opportunities using outbound prospecting techniques and making use of tools such as (provide tools)
- Manage a funnel of inbound leads created from field marketing activities such as webinars and events
- Leverage various data sources, qualitative data insights, and prospecting information to build a significant target prospect pool to nurture leads and ultimately convert them into high-quality sales opportunities for sales.
- Conduct high-quality discovery calls with prospects and develop the ability to articulate value and sell (Company) solutions
- Capture useful intelligence to drive future new business strategies
- Develop a strong partnership with the sales team to ensure a highly productive relationship, based on mutual success.
- Attend and participate in weekly/monthly team meetings.
Qualifications
- 3 + years of proven experience in lead generation and new business roles.
- Background in HR Services or Consulting Technology and a strong track record in developing sales opportunities across mid-market to enterprise-level organizations.
- Experience working in multiple SEA countries and engaging across diverse industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and productivity tools is essential.
