The Opportunity:We are looking to hire a focused and results-driven Senior Sales Associate/ Sales Coordinator to join Terra Norte Aggregates focusing on both international and local sales. The products to be sold are river aggregates, (washed S1 3/4, 3/8 and G1).
- Generate high-value sales by identifying new customers, making the most of every opportunity to enhance our market presence
Identify and seize business opportunities for Terra Norte Aggregates, demonstrating your passion for growth and innovation- Identify and cultivate business opportunities by developing relationships with both new and existing customers
Demonstrate effective business development, strategic planning and excellent customer service and care
- Ensure our customers receive exceptional care, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet those needs effectively
Develop, train and grow a sales force to help further improve Terra Norte sales capabilities- Regularly assess sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure sales targets are met

- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (graduating with honors is a big plus)- Prior quarry, aggregates, batching plant or construction experience a plus, but not necessary
Proven track record of success in sales and business to business dealings, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
Able to work across key departments such as Operations, Finance and Accounting, etc.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities- Willing to travel for business opportunities locally and abroad
Ability to drive and owning a valid drivers license is a plus
- Philippine passport holder a plus
