We are now seeking to add two moreSenior Ruby on Rail Developersto join our Backend Team. We're looking for people who share our four core values and want to contribute to building our culture.

Developers are strongly encouraged to learn how to add to and maintain our systems (we do not have any dedicated sys-admins). Our infrastructure (as code) hosted in AWS can be torn down and rebuilt in under an hour, and we regularly run realistic disaster recovery scenarios, all automated of course. Requirements:

Deep knowledge of Ruby, with and without Rails

Confidence in your ability as an engineer and forthcoming in code reviews, roundtables etc

Strong advocacy for quality and best practice

Good understanding of testing best practices and experience working with CI/CD tools

Pride in your work and a passion for the craft of software development

Self-motivation to research and learn on the job

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong written communication skills (English)

Knowledge of running production systems in Cloud hosted environments, preferably AWS

Nice to Have:

Experience with Vue.js

Experience working with Terraform
