Senior Revit Architect with Interior Design Expertise

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revit Architect with a strong background in interior design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in architecture and building design, including substantial experience with projects in the USA. Expertise in Revit is essential, along with the ability to create detailed 3D architectural and interior design models and develop a comprehensive library of design elements with parametric accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed 3D architectural and interior design models using Revit.
• Design and refine model shapes, structures, and systems with a focus on parametric accuracy.
• Create and maintain a library of design elements, including architectural components and interior fixtures.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate and update Revit models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in architecture, interior design, and building design.
• At least 2 years Proven experience with USA-based projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit software.
• Strong expertise in parametric modeling techniques and their application in architectural and interior design.
• Experience in creating and managing design libraries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
